Admission Counsellor

The candidate will be responsible for both operational support of the branch and guiding students in choosing the right educational path. The role involves customer handling, student counselling, tele calling, basic administration, and coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities: Branch Support Executive Duties: Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. Handle enquiries and walk-in visitors. Maintain branch documentation and records. Coordinate with head office for updates, stock, reports, and escalations. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and basic upkeep of the office. Assist in scheduling classes and trainers’ availability. Educational Counsellor Duties: Counsel students and parents on course options offered by SSL Education. Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Convert enquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating course benefits. Maintain a record of walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions.
